Issue: CD/DVD drive is not connected to any power, and there is a disc stuck inside the drive.

Solution: Ever wonder why there’s a small hole on the side of the drive? It’s designed to open the drive when there’s no power. Just find a thin pin that’s long enough to push into the hole, and the drive will automatically be opened. See pic below.

This is a rather simple trick. Hopefully it can help people who face with the same problem, even though nowadays not many people use CD drive anymore…
